    Being able to self-pace ensures you can engage with the material in your own time, flexing up and down as you need.

    Modules focusing on trauma release, meditation and breathwork, bonding with your baby, nutrition and more.

Birth Harmony

Birth Harmony combines birth reconciliation, validating your experience and emotions, self-concept, meditation and reflection as well as breathwork to support your postpartum journey. 

This doesn’t need to occur within the first 6 weeks of your birth, there is no deadline for engaging with your birth and celebrating what you have accomplished. 

Setting up your life through intentional time and regulation of your systems will help maintain a calm, patient, loving energy while everyone adjusts to a new way of life. This is vital to having the energetic home you desire. 

This program will nourish your soul, and boost your mood - you’ll be supported, celebrated and nurtured throughout. 

Through guided exercises, and breathwork, you’ll learn to honor your experience and embrace the strength within you. Nourishing your soul and boosting your mood, you will reclaim your innate power and foster a deeper connection with your baby.

  • Self Led Program

    $297

    Birth Harmony is self led, but we recommend setting aside a few hours over 3-4 weeks to fully embrace and sit with the content.

    This program is a combination of guided exercises, deep learning, meditation and breathwork.

Whether you’re navigating your first child, or looking for support as you integrate a new baby into your family, Postpartum Peace will support you through the adjustment to your new life. 

Postpartum Peace is totally self-paced, allowing you to incorporate the practices into your daily life whenever it feels right for you, this phase can be time poor and scattered, so this has been designed to work in a particularly tender phase of life. Each module is short and designed to fit in little bits of time, so you can heal and nurture yourself without feeling overwhelmed.
This toolkit is completely free. It’s my gift to you, I want all mothers to feel nourished and supported throughout their postpartum journey.
