I’m not sure where to start.

If you’re feeling called to explore breathwork but don’t know where to begin, I invite you to start with Breathe & Thrive. This is my free community designed to help you reconnect with yourself, calm your mind, and gain tools for creating the life you desire. Inside, you’ll find monthly breathwork sessions, live Q&As, and a supportive group of like-minded women ready to grow alongside you.

What are your payment options?

Some of my programs are totally free! However, for the programs where there is a payment, I offer a pay-in-full option for the best price, or a flexible payment plan option as well.

This is a frequently asked question?

Breathe & Thrive is a free online community designed for women looking to slow down, reconnect, and cultivate balance through breathwork. Every month, we focus on a new topic, host live breathwork sessions, and hold a live Q&A, all while providing a library of free supportive resources, curating a space for growth, healing, and connection.

How can I work with you directly?

In 2025, I won’t be taking private clients as I focus on my family and travel. However, starting in 2026, I will reopen one-on-one coaching because I absolutely love working deeply with clients. If you want to enquire you can send me an email here. In the meantime, the best place to connect with me directly is inside Breathe & Thrive, where I lead monthly live breathwork calls and Q&A sessions. I’m also on social, and I  love to connect with the community there as well.

What if I don’t have a lot of time?

This isn’t a problem at all. Each of my courses are self-paced, so you can go at your own speed. The beauty of this work is that as you start practicing breathwork and self-development, you’ll notice time begins to open up naturally. Clearing emotional baggage and stepping into your aligned self can shift the way you perceive and manage time. You can read more about that here.

What is breathwork?

Breathwork is the intentional practice of controlling your breath to improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Different techniques can help reduce stress, enhance relaxation, clear trauma, and promote deeper self-awareness. It’s simple yet profoundly transformative. I wrote a note about it here that you might like to read as well.

What if I’m not a mom?

Breathwork and generational trauma healing aren’t just for mothers. These tools and support are for anyone looking to break free from patterns, connect with themselves, and create lasting change. I recommend starting with Relationship Restoration and Elevate, both of which guide you through deep healing and self-discovery. Breathe & Thrive is also a great space for overall wellness and first access to exclusive workshops.

What if my kids are older?

This work is valuable no matter how old your children are. I say this as a mother with kids ranging from 4 to 18 years old. Our relationships with our children are constantly evolving, and we as mothers are as well. Breathwork helps you stay present, regulate emotions, and communicate with clarity at any stage of motherhood. Generational trauma healing also deepens your awareness and allows you to foster trust, connection, and compassion with your children, no matter their age.
